Toronto Income Property Newsletter – September 2020

I hoped everyone enjoyed this past long weekend. As the kids head back to school there has been a lot of conjecture as to whether we might experience a second wave, thereby sending us all back into isolation. Some countries have seen a re-occurrence of the virus which has led to more economic uncertainty. Until a vaccine is found that is universally effective, it seems to me like there will continue to be uncertainty on many fronts.

The Central Toronto real estate market has not suffered at all due to the pandemic. It is still pretty much a Sellers’ market in the downtown core as it has been over the past several years. While many industries have been decimated by the outbreak, it seems like real estate in Toronto will remain as desirable as ever.

Go Raptors!
